How we collect personal data and why
We collect your data at various times to be able to offer and improve our services.
When you order our services
We collect the data you provide in our order form, such as name, email, phone number, and company information.
- Purpose: To manage your order, enter into and fulfill our contract, and for invoicing and communication regarding the project.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract.
When you contact us
When you contact us via our contact form or email, we collect your name and email address to be able to communicate with you.
- Purpose: To answer your questions and handle your inquiry.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest, where our interest is to provide you with service and assistance.
When you apply for a job with us (spontaneous application)
When you send us a spontaneous application via email, we process the personal data contained in your application (e.g., CV and cover letter).
- Purpose: To assess your profile against our potential recruitment needs.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest. If we wish to save your application for future opportunities, we will ask for your specific consent to do so.
When you use our website (Cookies & Analytics)
To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we collect technical data via cookies. This may include your IP address, device type, and browser.

How long we store your data
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose.
- Customer data (orders): Is retained for seven (7) years after the end of the financial year, in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
- Communication (contact forms): Is deleted 24 months after the inquiry has been closed.
- Job applications: Are deleted after the recruitment process is concluded, unless we obtain your consent to retain them for a longer period (typically 12 months).
- Analytics data: Anonymized data may be stored for a longer period. Personal data is deleted according to the procedures of our analytics tool.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. In some cases, we share it with trusted third-party suppliers (data processors) to be able to conduct our business. These are:
- Hostinger: For hosting of our website.
- spcs.se (formerly Visma Spcs): For handling of invoicing and accounting.
- Microsoft: For internal storage, communication, and delivery of files (Office 365/SharePoint), as well as for meeting bookings (Microsoft Bookings).
- Brevo: For sending transactional emails, such as order confirmations.
- Google: For analysis of website statistics (Google Analytics). Data shared with Google may be transferred to servers outside the EU/EEA.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies to make the website function correctly (necessary cookies) and to collect statistics (analytics cookies).
